‘End is nowhere in sight’ for SMNI, says lawyer | Business and Politics
SMNI lawyer and former congressman Rolex Suplico admits that the end is nowhere in sight for the SMNI network, implying that its indefinite suspension is highly political. Currently, the network awaits responses on Harry Roque’s petition in the Supreme Court, as well as the resolution of the motion for reconsideration filed with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), only then can their team move on to the CA.
